As you might have noticed, there have been some modifications in OpenOffice.org 3.1 and 3.2 that resolved in problems using eLAIX. These problems have been fixed in the new eLAIX 3.1.0. Since eLAIX doesn't follow older versions of OpenOffice.org, you should upgrade to the current version 3.2 in order to use the latest eLAIX version. Feel free to upgrade to eLAIX 3.1.0, that is now shipped as an official OpenOffice.org extension from the OpenOffice.org extension repository.

The translation of eLAIX from an Addon into an extension leads to considerable advantages for the further development and for you as users as well: The installation process is much easier and faster and you will be automatically be informed about new eLAIX versions from within OpenOffie.org, whenever you start it.

Please note, that you first should remove your older version of eLAIX using the former installation document by opening it and clicking on "Remove eLAIX".
